  • If you're looking to reduce stress and relax, a relaxation massage may be the best option. If you're experiencing muscle tension, chronic pain, limited mobility, or recovering from physical activity, a therapeutic massage can be tailored to address your specific concerns. If you're unsure, we'll discuss your goals before your session and create a treatment plan that best meets your needs.

  • It depends on your goals. For general wellness and stress relief, many clients benefit from a massage every 4–6 weeks. If you're dealing with chronic pain, recovering from an injury, or working on specific muscular issues, more frequent sessions may be recommended initially.

  • Session rates range from $75 for 45 minutes to $200 for a 2-hour session. Full pricing details are available on the Services page.

  • Sessions are held in a private, home-based studio in Allen, TX. Outcalls to your home or preferred location are also available for an additional fee.

  • Wear comfortable clothing. During your massage, you'll undress only to your comfort level. You'll remain properly draped with a sheet throughout the session, and only the area being worked on will be uncovered.

  • No. Your comfort is the priority. Some clients choose to fully undress, while others leave on undergarments or additional clothing. The massage can be adapted to whatever makes you feel most comfortable.

  • Yes. Professional draping is used throughout your session. Only the body part currently being massaged is uncovered while the rest of your body remains securely draped.

  • Your first appointment includes a brief health history and discussion about your goals, areas of concern, and any medical conditions or injuries. This allows your massage to be customized specifically for your needs.

  • Absolutely. Some clients enjoy conversation, while others prefer silence and relaxation. Feel free to communicate as much or as little as you'd like. If you need more or less pressure or anything feels uncomfortable, please let me know at any time.

  • Yes! Falling asleep is actually quite common and often indicates that your body has relaxed deeply. There's no need to feel embarrassed. In fact, I take it as a compliment. Snoring is common too, don't worry — this is your body's way of thanking me in your sleep!

  • Not necessarily. While therapeutic work on tight muscles can sometimes be uncomfortable, massage should never be unbearably painful. Effective massage doesn't require excessive pain. Always communicate your comfort level so pressure can be adjusted.

  • Some mild soreness can occur, especially after deeper therapeutic work or if muscles have been tight for a long time. This usually resolves within 24–48 hours. Drinking water, gentle stretching, and light movement can help ease any temporary discomfort.

  • Staying hydrated is always beneficial for your overall health and helps support normal body functions. While massage doesn't "flush toxins," drinking water afterward can help you feel your best and replace fluids if you've become dehydrated during the day.

  • Many clients experience a significant reduction in stress after massage. Massage encourages relaxation, eases muscle tension, and may help calm the nervous system, allowing both the body and mind to unwind.

  • Massage may help reduce headaches that are related to muscle tension, posture, or stress. By releasing tight muscles in the neck, shoulders, and upper back, many clients experience fewer or less intense tension headaches.

  • Massage can be an effective part of a pain management plan by reducing muscle tension, improving mobility, and promoting relaxation. While it isn't a cure for underlying medical conditions, many people find regular massage helps them manage chronic discomfort.

  • Yes, in many cases. Prenatal massage can help relieve common pregnancy discomforts, but it's important to let your therapist know how far along you are and discuss any pregnancy-related complications with your healthcare provider beforehand.

  • If you have a fever, contagious illness, vomiting, diarrhea, or are feeling generally unwell, it's best to reschedule your appointment until you've recovered. This protects both you and your therapist.

  • Just let me know. It's perfectly fine to pause your session briefly if needed.

  • Massage can sometimes release stored physical tension that is accompanied by emotional responses. This is a normal experience for some people. If emotions arise, you're in a safe, supportive, and judgment-free environment.

  • Absolutely. Every person's comfort level is different, and pressure can be adjusted throughout your session. Open communication helps ensure the massage is both effective and comfortable.

  • Item descriptionA 60-minute session is ideal for focused work on one or two areas. A 75-minute session provides additional time to address multiple areas while still allowing for relaxation. A 90-minute massage offers a more comprehensive full-body treatment with focused therapeutic work where needed.

  • Try to arrive a few minutes early, avoid eating a heavy meal immediately beforehand, stay hydrated, and wear comfortable clothing. Most importantly, come ready to relax.

  • Take it easy for the rest of the day if possible. Gentle movement, stretching, and staying hydrated can help prolong the benefits of your massage. Pay attention to how your body feels over the next day or two.

  • Massage is generally safe for most people, but certain medical conditions may require modifications or clearance from your healthcare provider. Be sure to disclose any health concerns, recent surgeries, injuries, or medications before your session.

  • That's completely okay. Your massage is customized to your comfort level. Let me know which areas you'd like to avoid, and those boundaries will always be respected.

  • Many clients notice decreased muscle tension, improved mobility, better sleep, less stress, and an overall sense of well-being after their sessions. Because every person is different, we'll work together to evaluate your progress and adjust your treatment plan as needed.

  • Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice are subject to a $50 fee, and missed appointments without notice are charged the full service amount. If you're running late, your session may be shortened to stay on schedule, with the full fee still applying. Life happens — if an emergency comes up, just let me know as soon as you can.
